Vegetable pasta is a dish made by combining cooked macaroni pasta with a variety of vegetables, such as bell peppers, tomatoes, cabbage, carrots, and peas. It’s often seasoned with herbs and spices and can be served with a creamy or tomato-based sauce.

Vegetable Macaroni Recipe

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 Packet Macaroni
  • 2 cups Cabbage
  • 1 Large Carrot
  • 1 Large Capsicum
  • 1/2 Cup Pea
  • 1 Medium size Tomato
  • 3 Green chili
  • 1 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 Tsp Black pepper
  • 1 Tsp Red chili flakes
  • 3 Tbsp Oil

Directions to make vegetable Macaroni:
1. To cook the pasta, start a big pot of salted water on the stovetop. Add the macaroni pasta and prepare it per the directions on the package until it is al dente. Drain, then set apart.
2. Then in another pan, add 3 tbsp oil over medium heat, add Ginger garlic paste, also add 2 tbsp water and cook for a few seconds.
3. Now add chopped tomato and stir for a few minutes until the tomato soft
4. Add peas and fry for 2 minutes, Now add cabbage, carrot, and capsicum. Cook for 2 minutes on a high flame.
5. Then add Green chili, soya sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, Chili garlic sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper powder, and chili flakes. Cook for 2 minutes.
6. At that point now add boiled macaroni pasta and mixed well. our healthy, delicious, and spicy vegetable pasta macaroni is ready to serve.

  • 1/2 Packet Macaroni (pasta)
  • 2 cups band gobi
  • 1 Large Gajar
  • 1 Large Shimla Mirch
  • 1/2 Cup Mutter
  • 1 Medium-size Tamator
  • 3 Hari Mirch
  • 1 Tsp Adrak lehsan ka paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Namak
  • 1 Tsp Sirka
  • 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 Tsp Pissi Kali Mirch
  • 1 Tsp kuti Laal Mirch
  • 3 Tbsp Tail

Vegetable Macaroni banane ka Tarika:
1. Macaroni pasta ubaalne k lye Ek bade bartan mein namak wala pani ubaal lein. Macaroni pasta daalein aur packet par diye gaye instructions ke mutabiq pakayein, takriban al dente hone tak. Chhan kar alag rakh dein.
2. Ab aik pan garam kryn us mai 3 tbsp Tail dal kr Adrak lehsan ka paste shamil kry or 2 tbsp pani dal k kuch seconds k lye pakayn.
3. Ab us mai tamator shamil key or us k soft hony tk pakayn.
4. Phr mutter Shamil kryn or 2 minutes k lye fry kryn, us k bad Band Gobi, Gajar, or Shimla Mirch Shamil kr k 2 minutes k lye tez anch py pakayn.
5. Ab hari mirchi, soya sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, Chili garlic sauce, Sirka, Namak, Pissi Kali Mirch, or Kuti Laal mirch Shamil kr k 2 minutes tak pakayn.
6. Ab is point py ubaaly howey Pasta Macaroni Shamil kr k achi trah sy mix kryn. Hamari mazedar, tasty, healthy, or spicy macaroni bn k tayar hai is ko gram-gram serve kryn.
