Beef Korma Recipe in English

Ingredients:

  • 1/2kg Beef
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 4 large size onions, finely sliced
  • 1cup oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 10 whole Black paper
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • 5 cloves
  • 3 cinnamon stick
  • 3 Green cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seed
  • 2 pinch jaifal javitri powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 2 drop kewra wate

Directions:
1. In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
2. Add the ginger garlic paste and whole garam masala to the pot and cook for a minute until fragrant.
3. Add the beef pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
4. Add some water, Then add red chili powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder. Cook for a couple of minutes to toast the spices.
5. Add the water as required, Cover the pot and let the beef cook on low heat for about 1-2 hours or until it becomes tender.
6. Once the beef is tender, add 1 cup of yogurt and cook for a few minutes then add some water and crushed fried onions.
7. Now add crushed cumin seed, cardamom, jaifal javitri powder, garam masala powder, and kewra water and mix well. Cook for 5 min on low flame.
8. Our delicious and traditional beef korma is ready to serve.

Beef Korma Recipe in Urdu

Ajza:

  • 1/2kg beef (bry ka gosht)
  • 1 cup dahi
  • 4 large size piyaz
  • 1cup Tail
  • 1 tsp Namak
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp Pissi laal mirchi
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp pissa dhaniya
  • 1/4 tsp Haldi
  • 1 tbsp lahsan adrak ka paste
  • 10 sabut kali mirchi
  • 2 tez patta
  • 5 long
  • 3 darchini
  • 3 Hari elaichi
  • 1/2 tsp zeera
  • 2 pinch Pissi jaifal javitri
  • 1/4 tsp Pissa Garam masala
  • 2 drop kewra water

Tarikakar:
1. Bry size ka barton lyn us mai tail dal kr halki anch py gram Karyn jb tail gram ho jay to us Mai piyaz dal dyn golden brown honey tk fry kryn phr piyaz ko nkal k alg rakh dyn.
2. Ab usi tail mai adrak lahsan ka paste or sabut garam masala dal k 1 min tk pkayn.
3. Phr us mai bry ka gosht shamil kr k tb tk pkayn jb tk uska color change hojay.
4. Ab us mai thora pani shamil kryn or pissi laal mirchi, pissa dhaniya or haldi dal k much minutes tk bhonai kry.
5. Ab us mai itna pani daly k gosht gal jay or cover kr k rkh dayn halki anch py 1-2 ghnty k lye.
6. Jab Gosht gal jay tou us mai 1 cup dahi shamil kr k kuch minutes k lye pkayn or thora pani or fried piyaz ka chura shamil kryn.
7. Ab pissi elaichi, pissa zeera, pissa gram masala or pissi jaifal javitri dal kr achi trah sy mixed kryn or halki anch pr 5 minutes tk pkayn.
8. Hmara Mazedar Dhaba style Instant Beef korma Tayar hai.
