Color seviyan is a delicious and festive dessert enjoyed by many in Pakistan. This delightful dessert combines the sweetness of vermicelli with the richness of milk and the aromatic flavors of nuts and Jelly. It’s perfect for celebrations or whenever you’re craving a sweet treat.

Let’s go to the recipe to make flavored sweet colorful vermicelli.

Color seviyan Recipe
Serve: 5-6
Preparation time: 20 min

Recipe in English

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Milk
  • 50 gm Khoya
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup colour vermicelli
  • 1 packet Jelly
  • 2 tbsp Almonds
  • 2 tbsp pistachios
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Procedure:
1. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil. Once the milk is boiled then add khoya in it and mix well.
2. Add 6 tbsp sugar and mix well until the sugar dissolves in the milk.
3. Then add colorful vermicelli to the boiling milk and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the vermicelli becomes soft and the milk thickens. This might take around 10-15 minutes. Once the vermicelli is cooked turn off the flame.
4. Cut the prepared jelly with the help of a knife or cutter, Then garnish with jelly, Almonds, pistachios, and chocolate chips.
5. Our flavored sweet vermicelli dessert is ready to serve.

1. Aik bartan Mai doodh ko boil hony k lye rakh dain, Jb doodh mai boil ajay tou is mai khoya shamil kryngy, phr achi trah sy mix kryn gy.
2. Ab cheeni shamil kryngy or achi trah sy pkayn gy k cheeni achi trah sy doodh mai dissolve hojay.
3. Phr is mai Rangeen Seviyan Shamil kry gy, jb is mai boil ajay ga to anch Halki krdyn gy or kuch minutes k lie pkayn gy, phr flame ko bnd krdyngy.
4. Jami hoi jelly ko cutter ki help sy cut kry gy, phr Rageen seviyan ko jelly, pista, Badam, chocolate chip k sath garnish kryn.
5. Hmari Mazedar is colorful seviyan bn or tayar hain.
