Khatte aloo is a most popular dish in Pakistan and india made with potatoes cooked in a tangy tamarind based sauce, often flavored with various spices and herbs.

Ingredients:

 

  • Potatoes 1kg
  • Oil 3tbsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • red chilli powder 1tsp
  • chaat masala 2tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 4tbsp

 

Directions:
1. Heat oil in the pan over medium heat
2. Add boiled potatoes and saute them till 1 minute
3. Then Add tamarind paste and sprinkles salt, red chilli powder, and chat masala
4. Mixed well all the spices and ensure that patatoes are cotted with this masala and cook for 2 min
5. Our delicious khatty aloo recipe is ready shift into a bowl and serve it.

Ajza:

 

  • Aloo 1 kg
  • tail 3tbsp
  • namak 1tsp
  • pisi laal Mirchi 1tsp
  • chaat masala 2tbsp
  • imili ka paste 4tbsp

 

Tarikakar:
1. Sub su phely oil ko garam kryn halki anch py
2. Boiled aloo shamil kryn or 1 min tk pakayn
3. Phr aloo mai imli ka paste, namak, pisi laal Mirchi, or chaat masala shamil kryn
4. Sary masaly achi trah mixed kryn k aloo achy sy masaly mai cotted hojay or 2 min tk pakayn
5. Hamary mazedar khatty aloo ki recipe tayar hai ab isko bowl mai dishout kryn or serve kryn.
