Beef keema Matar Recipe
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30-35 minutes

Ingredients:
-250gm Beef minced (qeema)
-1/2 cup Oil
-1 cup Pea
-1 tomato
-1/2 tsp Salt
-1 tbsp Red chili powder
-1 tsp Coriander powder
-1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
-1 Onion
-1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
-1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
2. Add beef minced and ginger garlic paste, Cook until it browns and is no longer pink, breaking up any lumps as it cooks.
3. Now add some water and Stir in the ground turmeric, salt, ground coriander, red chili powder, and tomato. Cook for 2 minutes until the spices are fragrant.
4. Then add 2-3 cups of water and cook on medium flame until the beef minced (beef keema) is not tender and the water is dry.
5. Add the green peas (matar), Mix well, and cook for a few more minutes until the peas are soft.
6. Sprinkle garam masala over the keema matar and give it a final stir.
7. Serve the Beef Keema Matar hot with rice or roti/naan, Thank you.

Ajza:
-250gm Beef qeema
-1/2 cup Tail
-1 cup Matar
-1 tomatar
-1/2 tsp Namak
-1 tbsp Pissi laal mirch
-1 tsp Pissa dhaniya
-1/4 tsp pissi Haldi
-1 Piyaz
-1/4 tsp Pissa Garam masala
-1 tsp Lahsan adrak paste
Tarikakar:
1. Ek bare size ka bartan lein aur us mai oil Shamil kr k garam krain, phr us mai bareek kati hoi piayz shamil krain aur usey sunehra brown hone tak bhun lein.
2. Beef keema shamil karein aur sath hi us mai adrak lahsan ka paste shamil krdein, aur usey bhun kar achi trah sy paka lein.
3. Keema mai thora sa pani dal dein, ab masalay shamil kryn gy. Pissa dhaniya, pissi laal mirchi, namak, pissi haldi, tamator dal kr achi trah sy mix krein gy.
4. Ab is mai 2-3 cup pani dal kr medium anch py isko pakaygy jb tk keema achi trah sy gal nhi jata.
5. Jb keema gal jay tou us mai matar shamil krein aur achi achi trah sy mix krein gy, phr is mai 2 tbsp pani shamil kryn or halki anch py cover kr k rkh dy jb tk k matar soft hojayn.
6. Jb matar achi trah sy gal jayn tou ab pissa garam masala shamil krein aur achi trah sy mix krain.
7. Hamar mazedar beef keema matar ban k tayar hai is ko garam garam roti or naan k sath serve krain, shukriya.
