  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups gram flour
  • 1 & 1/2 cups fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), washed and chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt

3. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls, about the size of a golf ball.
4. Take one dough ball and roll it into a small circle using a rolling pin and a little dry flour to prevent sticking.
5. Heat a tawa (flat griddle) or a non-stick pan over medium heat.
6. Place the rolled dough circle onto the hot tawa. Cook for a minute or until you see small bubbles forming on the surface.
7. Flip the paratha and spread a little ghee or oil on the cooked side.
8. After another minute, flip the paratha again and spread ghee or oil on the other side.
9. Press the edges of the paratha with a spatula to ensure even cooking. Cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
10. Remove the methi paratha from the tawa and repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
