I love this recipe because it’s easy, quick, and can be made with any type of vegetable.

Mixed Sabzi Recipe in English
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg Green pea
- 1 kg carrot
- 250gm fenugreek leaves
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 Medium size onion
- 250gm tomatoes
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Black seeds(kalonji)
- 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp Red chili powder
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp crushed red paper
- 1/2 tsp gram masala (optional)
Process:
1. take a pan and put it on medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add 1 cup of oil. Then add cumin, black seeds, and fenugreek seeds and cook for 1 min until the cumin color change.
2. Now add sliced onions and saute until they turn light golden brown. Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, Red chili powder, and crushed red paper. Mixed well all the spices. Cover the pan on a medium flame for a few minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
3. When tomatoes are soft cook them for 2 minutes and add vegetables (green peas, carrots, potatoes, fenugreek leaves) and mix well.
4. Now Cover the pan and put on a medium flame for a few minutes until all the vegetables are softened. Then add the gram masala powder, mix well, and turn off the flame.
5. Our delicious Dhaba Style Mixed Sabzi is ready to serve. Enjoy mixed sabzi with roti and boiled rice.
Mixed sabzi Recipe in Urdu
Ajza:
- 1/2kg Mator
- 1kg Gajar
- 250gm Methi
- 1kg Aloo
- 2 Medium size piyaz
- 250gm tamator
- 1 cup Tail
- 2 tsp Namak
- 1tbsp Adrak lahsan paste
- 1tsp Haldi
- 1/4 tsp kalonji
- 1/4 tsp Methidana
- 1/2 tsp zeera
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp kuti laal mirchi
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp pissi laal mirchi
- 1/4 tsp pissa gram Masala (optional)
Tarikakar:
1. Pan gram krny k Bd 1 cup oil shamil kryn. Phr is mai zeera, kalonji or methidana shamil kryn or 1 min tk pakayn jb tk zeery ka color change hojay.
2. Ab is mai piyaz shamil kryngy. Jb piyaz light golden fry hojay tou phr tamator dal dyngy or sath hi adrak lehsan ka paste, namak, haldi, kutti laal mirch or pissi laal mirch daal k achi trah sy mixed kryngy or pan ko cover kr k rkh dyngy medium anch py tk tamator soft hojay.
3. Jb tamator go jay tou 2 min tk bhony gy masaly ko phr is mai sbzi (matar, gajar,aloo, methi)shamil kryngy or achi trah mixed krlyn gy.
4. Pan ko cover kr k medium anch py rkh dyngy jb tk sabzi gal jay phr thora sa gram masala dal k mix krlyngy or flame bnd krdyn gy.
5. Hmari Mazedar Dhaba style mixed sabzi bnkr tayar hai isko ap roti yea boiled rice k sath serve kr skty hain.
