Mooli Aur Shaljam ki Sabzi

Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
Serve: 4-5

Recipe in English

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Radishes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 kg Turnips, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Red chili flakes
  • 1 Tbsp chopped Garlic

Directions:
1. Wash, peel, and chop the radishes and turnips into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a pot, add enough water to cover the radishes and turnips. Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, add the chopped radishes and turnips to the pot.
3. Boil the radishes and turnips for about 10-15 minutes or until they are tender and then squeezed the boiled vegetables.
4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped Garlic and fry until the garlic color change.
5. Then add squeezed vegetables and cook for a few seconds.
6. Now add salt and red chili flakes, mixed well. Cook for 2 minutes.
7. Our healthy flavorful radishes and turnip ( moli and shaljam ) vegetable recipe is ready, serve it with roti or chapati.

Ajza:

  • 1 kg Mooli (radish), cheelein aur kaat lein
  • 1/2 kg Shaljam (turnip), cheelein aur kaat lein
  • 1/2 cup Tail
  • 1 Tsp Namak
  • 1 Tbsp kuti Laal mirch
  • 1 Tbsp Barik Kata howa Lehsan

Tarikakar:
1. Mooli aur shaljam ko ache se dho kar cheel lein aur chote pieces mein kaat lein.
2. Ek bartan mein paani daal kr Paani ko ubaal aane tak garam karein. Garam paani mein mooli aur shaljam ke pieces daal dein. 3. Mooli aur shaljam ko 8-10 minutes tak ubaalne dein ya jab tk wo achy sy gal nhi jay. Jb sabzi achy sy gal jay to usko nichour lyn.
4. Ek pan mai tail garam karein aur barik kata howa lehsan Shamil kryn or fry kryn jb tk uska color change naw hojay.
5. Phr nichouri hoi sabzi daal k kuch seconds
K lye pakayn.
6. Ab Namak aur kuti laal mirch shamil kr k achi trah sy miz kryn. 2 minutes k lye pakayn.
7. Hamari mazedar healthy Mooli aur Shaljam (radishes and turnip) ki sabzi bn kr tayar hai. Ap is sabzi ko roti ya chapati k sath serve kryn.
