festivals, or as a sweet treat. Semolina Halwa is also a beloved dessert in Pakistan. Suji ka halwa is often considered to be soothing for cough and cold. Suji ka Halwa Recipe

Serve: 4
Preparation time: 15-20 minutes

Recipe In English

Ingredients:

  • 250gm Semolina
  • 250gm Ghee
  • 250gm Sugar
  • 2 Green cardamom
  • 1 cup water
  • Dry Fruits For Garnish

Procedure:
1. Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan or kadai. Add suji to the pan and roast it on low to medium flame until it turns golden brown and gives off a fragrant aroma.
2. In another pot, heat water. Slowly add the hot water to the roasted suji, stirring continuously to avoid lumps from forming.
3. Add sugar and dry fruits to the mixture and continue to cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves and the ghee separates from the suji halwa.
4. Now sprinkle cardamom powder and mix well.
5. Your halwai-style delicious suji ka halwa is ready to serve.

Recipe In Urdu

Ajza:

  • 250gm Suji
  • 250gm Ghee
  • 250gm Cheeni
  • 2 Hari Elaichi
  • 1 cup Pani
  • Dry Fruits Garnish k lye

Tarikakar:
1. Aik kadhai mein ghee garam karein. Garam ghee mein suji daal kar kam aanch par golden brown hone aur khushbu aane tak bhun lein.
2. Dusry bartan mein pani garam karein or thora thora karke garam pani ko bhune hue suji mein shamil karein, taake ke lumps na bane.
3. Ab cheeni Aur dry fruits Shamil karein aur pakate rahein, hilate rahein,
jab tak chini ghul na jaye aur jab tak iski bhunai karein gy jab tak halwa ghee naw chor dy.
4. Last mai hari elaichi ka powder dale aur achi trah sy mix krein gy.
5. Hmara hlwai style lazeez suji ka halwa ban kr tayar hai.
